Refund policy

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you have purchased multiple items, and then ask for a refund, we will only refund the first bottle.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Refund does not include the cost of shipping and taxes (where applicable), and restocking fees. There is a $10 per bottle RESTOCKING FEE.

Please send an email to Pharma Essentials at info@pharmaessentials.com to notify Pharma Essentials that you want to return the product you have purchased. The email should include the reason why you want to return the product and the picture of the product you purchased. Pharma Essentials will send you the instructions for returning the product.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Refunds requests will not be accepted after 7 days from the date that the product is marked as delivered by the courier. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We are not accepting exchanges due to COVID-19. If you receive the wrong item, please read the section Damages and issues.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
